While the recession of 2007-2008 created hardships across the country it also saw a re-emergence of the American Spirit where hard work, a focus on unparalleled service, and the belief that by focusing on the near-term the future would take care of itself. All-Points Personal Transportation began as a vision of the founders to provide Outstanding Personal Service in an industry that was much more well-known for its mediocrity than anything resembling service.

From our state-of-the-art reservations and client management system to our unique staff training program our focus has always and only been on our clients and their satisfaction.

Our focus on our clients begins with a phone call that is answered personally rather than by an automated attendant. Clients are treated to a one-on-one conversation by a knowledgeable professional who is focused on their unique needs where the details count, and documenting client preferences goes a long way to ensuring a level of personal service that few companies ever attempt to achieve.

In the words of founder Gregg Kunz ‘unfortunately the world is chock full of mediocre companies led by people who have zero passion for excellence. We see it every day across every industry. The people on our team know what great service looks like because they have been on the receiving end of it – having an insight into the clients’ perspective means that we focus not on how we want to be treated but how our clients want to be treated.

In 2012 we were awarded ‘The Indie’ as the Nation’s Finest Local Business by Independent We Stand – a nationally-known organization focused on businesses with less than 50 employees. Yes, we were recognized as number one in the United States.

In 2013 we were recognized by Angie’s List as the region’s Number 1 Super Service Provider in not only one, but two categories: Limousine Service and Shuttle Service.

Since 2009 we have been the preferred service provider for Landmark Aviation – the country’s largest network of private aviation FBO’s.

Since 2010 we have been a sponsor of the USO of NC and have provided affordable discounted transportation to members of our Armed Forces and their families.

In late 2015 Gregg Kunz decided to pursue other interest and was looking for an organization who could carry on the All Points legacy delivering unparalleled service to its clients and future clients. After months of seeking the right organization who was capable of maintaining All Points legacy, as well as, the ability to grow the organization into a leading Chauffeured Transportation provider in North Carolina a deal was finally made with Travis Brisbon of Triangle Corporate Coach. In June of 2016 Triangle Corporate Coach acquired the assets of All Points Personal Transportation and it was the perfect fit for both organizations. Travis Brisbon realizes the brand equity and customer base that All Points Personal Transportation has and continues to make investments into the brand still and improve the experience for all of All Points existing and new customers.
